Khaled Obaid Al Hajeri

Director of Operation and Support

Khaled Obaid Al Hajeri is the Director of Operation and Support Department at the Emirates Diplomatic Academy (EDA), since 1 August 2019. Al Hajeri’s key responsibilities include managing the sections of Finance; General Services and Procurement; Human Resources, as well as Information Technology at the Academy.

Prior to his role at the EDA, Al Hajeri was the Director of the Office of the Director General at the National Qualifications Authority. He also held the titles as the Director of Information Technology and Admin Department; the CEO of Innovation; Revenue Development Committee Chairman, at the National Qualifications Authority.

Al Hajeri received his Government Innovation Expert Diplomat from Mohamed Bin Rashid Center for Government Innovation. He also completed his Master of Project Management, from Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Rashid Smart University. Al Hajeri also received the Certificate of Innovation Organisation, from the University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley).

Al Hajeri received various awards and recognitions throughout his career, his accomplishments also include the successful funding of Mohamed Bin Rashid Center for Innovation, as an innovative idea within government projects.
