Human Resources Manager

Job Objective

  • Perform a variety of human resources activities under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities/Duties


 Strategy and Planning

  • Ensure all recruitment positions have an up-to-date job description and are evaluated appropriately.
  • Assist the HR Manager with the development of HR policies, procedures and systems.

 

Operations

  • Assist in recruitment and selection of suitable employees into the Academy.
  • Ensure all recruitment positions have an up-to-date job description and are evaluated appropriately.
  • Ensure all new employees recruited receive the relevant pre-employment documentation.
  • Ensure all employees receive an induction into the organization.
  • Make recommendations where appropriate regarding improvements to existing policies, procedures and systems.
  • Provide advice to managers and employees regarding HR issues.
  • Provide regular recruitment status update reports to the HR Manager.
  • Provide a professional and efficient service to all employees.
  • Perform any other tasks as directed by the HR Manager.

 

 People management

  • Develop a good working relationship with other departments and all employees.

 

Job Specification


Education

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field

 

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources with exposure to recruitment, reward, talent management, HR systems, and organizational development.

 

Skills

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experienced PC user familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
